goHunterdon’s Commuter Services Program offers commuters a variety of programs and services to help improve their commute experience. Commuters can benefit from the Traffic Alert Service. Street Smart NJ Improves Pedestrian Safety in Hunterdon County
Califon and Flemington are the two most recent Hunterdon communities to benefit from hosting a Street Smart NJ pedestrian safety campaign. Street Smart NJ is a public education, awareness and behavioral change campaign developed by the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA) and funded through Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) resources, as well as through substantial local in-kind contributions. In September 2018, HART TMA changed its organizational name to goHunterdon. You can read more about our name change here.
We are now in the final stages of migrating all online assets to our new name. This includes the email address used to send traffic alerts. Alerts will now be sent from traffic@gohunterdon.org.
For most traffic alert subscribers, no action will be needed. However, a small number of users may need to add this new email address (traffic@gohunterdon.org) to your “Safe Sender” or Contact list to continue to receive alerts.
We will begin using the new email address traffic@gohunterdon.org starting Tuesday, January 8, 2019. If you have any trouble receiving these new alerts, please contact us using this form.

Hunterdon County Junior Solar Sprints Education Program Underway
Approximately 800 students at seventeen (17) Hunterdon middle schools are learning about alternative energy as part of the Hunterdon County Junior Solar Sprints education program coordinated by goHunterdon. Junior Solar Sprints is a competition based S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) curriculum program that engages students in grades 6-8 to design, build and race solar-powered model cars.
